How Can An Inmate Receive Commissary?

There are two ways an inmate can receive commissary: traditional commissary or via a SecurePak.

Traditional Commissary

The inmate can order commissary items via kiosks located in our jail facility directly through their Inmate Trust Fund account.

SecurePAK

An inmate cannot receive commissary via a SecurePak if there is a debt balance on their Inmate Trust Fund account. Because it is a judiciary account, we cannot release balance information to the public – only the inmate can release that debt information directly to their loved one.

SecurePak is a one-stop-shop for sending gift packages to your loved one in our custody. The orders do NOT count towards the inmate’s weekly commissary allowances.

Each inmate may have up to $100 total worth of product purchased through SecurePak each week. Inmates will receive their order 10 - 14 days after order processing.

Note: Every effort has been made to show and describe the merchandise and all information as accurately as possible. However, many manufacturers make changes in design, color, package size and styles during the year. Access SecurePak reserves the right to make any necessary changes for information printed incorrectly. Prices and offers are subject to change. Access SecurePak reserves the right to remove one or more items from the order due to an insufficient amount paid for orders received.

How Do I Order A Securepak?

You will need the inmate’s full name and jail/booking ID number.

Order SecurePak online or call 800-546-6283 (automated system available 24/7; customer service available Monday – Friday 7:30 am – 11:00 pm CST and Saturday 10:00 am – 4:00 pm CST).

Accepted methods of payment:

  • Credit/Debit cards that have a valid U.S. address.
  • Prepaid cards - must have the ability to assign a valid U.S. address to the card holder.
  • Cashier’s check/Money order payable to Access SecurePak.

Orders placed with a credit/debit card or pre-paid card will be charged on the day the order is placed. Any refunds/credits due will be applied to the original card used. Please allow up to 30 days for a refund to process back to a credit/debit card.
